We offer privacy agreements ranging from completely confidential private-label services to mutually beneficial partnerships.

In addition, we are happy to interface with your clients as part of your own team or as individual resources, allowing your company to enhance and extend its resource pool transparently. Using your own corporate identify, e-mail addresses, and other contact information, we can add resources to your current project team quickly and efficiently without the time, risk, and expense of finding and hiring new employees.

Conversely, ENoptions can act as your technology partner on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis. This scenario allows your company to win projects based on our relationship and ongoing success as a development team, in which ENoptions provides the technology services and your company provides everything else. In this case, an agreement can be signed with ENoptions to protect the business interests of all parties including non-compete, exclusivity, and other mututally beneficial terms.

Billing and Invoicing Options
Multiple billing and invoicing options are available and can be applied on a project-by-project basis. Each client engagement brings a new set of circumstances and our flexibility allows our teams to work together while maximizing profits and minimizing risks overall. You may invoice your client directly and be invoices seperately by ENoptions, or we can invoice your client directly as your named partner. In addition, billing terms can be adjusted to address risk distribution and cashflow issues. Our goal is to create mutually beneficial arrangements that will lead to ongoing, successful projects and a steadily growing business relationship.

Project Management and Administration Options

Many proven arrangements can be put in place on a project basis, including:
  • You Manage It - We accept a project specification and provide the work to the specification of your choice. You then assume full rights and ownership of the work, and may present the work to the client as your own. The client is unaware that an extended (outsourced) team is working on their project. We handle all correspondence and project management during design, development and installation including all client contact. We handle all phases of the project as members of your team, or as a trusted technology partner.


  • Anything In Between - We are accustomed to working under constantly changing project configurations, and can rapidly adapt to your needs to provde the ideal situation for you to satisfy and retain your clients. Regardless of how the project is structured, ENoptions is always available to support your application and provide ongoing services. Our presence in Boston, New York, Salt Lake City, Palo Alto, and Los Angeles allows us to handle onsite/in-person contact as necessary, and we maintain comprehensive documentation of all project details from staging servers to test scripts.


  • Branding and Identity - A variety of arrangements are available to ensure that your business interests are protected. The decision to inform your client that ENoptions is providing your technical team is yours, and we can work with whatever privacy arrangement is best for your success. ENoptions can act as a 'behind the scenes' technology source, allowing your company to offer an expanded menu of products and services to your clients. We can even communicate with your clients under your own company identity, using our 'company-neutral' development servers and email domains. Our goal is to help you satisfy and retain your client.

    All projects are protected by comprehensive privacy and non-compete agreements. For clients who are not interested in expanding their offerings using our private-label services, we can form a partnership, allowing you to provide a broader range of services through our single-point-of-contact partnership agreements. In this scenario, we will work with you and your clients to create compelling proposals for services, while still acting as two separate companies.

    We can establish a direct relationship with your client, or we can act as a known sub-contractor during your client engagements. Because your interests are protected by comprehensive privacy and non-compete agreements, you can expose as much or as little of your project to ENoptions as you wish.


  • Development Environment - Managing multiple projects can be challenging enough without having to deal with ongoing server administration and staging environments.

    ENoptions offers all of its clients a flexible and readily available platform for development and staging environments.

    We have dedicated web servers, email servers, file repositories and extranet systems for your use. Because we administer our own servers, we can implement these tools using the domain name of your choice, and retain total control over all the details.

    For instance, if your company was creating a website with a database driven back-end for a client called 'Widget, Inc.' and you contracted ENoptions, Inc. to provide the database portion of the job, we could establish a development site using a personalized, password-protected domain name, such as widgetstagingserver.com. We would then divide that domain into useful sub-domains such as beta.widgetstaging.com (for staging and approval), files.widgetstaging.com (for file storage and organization). Your client need never know that the development servers aren't owned by your company.

    Our expert unix/linux and Microsoft network technicians can also create any custom development or staging environment using our servers or your own.
